Our Show Mission
To develop and produce Florida’s premier Chef show giving the public the sense of southern styles and traditions with the help of UF/IFAS, local farmers, gardeners, restaurateurs, contributors, sponsors and viewers.
Chef Randal has been designing dining experiences for over 30 years. From the Florida Keys, Tampa’s Saddlebrook Resort, Nashville’s Opryland Hotel and many years with the Hilton family.
With experience owning and operating restaurants I feel it is my duty to pass as much information to future cooks chefs and home cooks as possible. Always keeping fresh and local in mind.
